从控制论的观点来看,老师与学生在教学中的作用是不同的,教师处于组织、管理和指导学生的地位,是控制部分,因而学生是受控制部分。两者之间存在着双向信息联系,并构成一个自动控制系统。控制部分有控制信息传递到受控制部分,并改变受控制部分的状态。另方面,受控制部分还必须不断有信息返回到控制部分,不断纠正和调整控制部分对受控制部分的影响。这样才能实现精确的调节。反映受控制部分的状况的信息称为反馈信息。要组织好教学不仅要注意研究控制信息,而且还应注重研究反映学生状态的反馈信息。
