市九届三次人代会以来,由市建委办理的代表书面意见共102件,与上年53件相比.增幅近一倍。代表意见主要集中在三个方面:一是要求加速城市煤气化,如建议采用社会集资的办法,开辟煤气建设的资金来源。二是要求加快住宅建设步伐,为解决资金短缺,建议发行住宅建设债券。三是继续关心市政建设和管理的问题,如提出修建蕴
Since the Third National People’s Congress of the Ninth Ninth Municipality, there were a total of 102 written opinions submitted by the Municipal Construction Committee, which was nearly double the 53 cases of the previous year. The opinions of the delegates are mainly concentrated on three aspects: First, they are required to speed up the urban coal gasification.
