第一章总则第一条吉林省勘察设计协会(以下称协会)是我省勘察设计行业企、事业单位自愿加入的自律性行业管理组织。协会向会员单位收取会费是协会开展活动的主要经济来源,交纳会费是每个会员单位应尽的义务。第二条根据《民政部、财政部关于调整社会团体会费政策等有关问题的通知》,参照省内外相关社团组织的做法,结合我省勘察设计行业和协会的具体情况,制定《吉林省勘察设计协会会费缴纳管理办法》(以下简称本办法)。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The Survey and Design Association of Jilin Province (hereinafter referred to as the Association) is a self-discipline industry management organization voluntarily joined by survey and design industry enterprises and institutions in our province. Association members to collect membership dues is the Association of activities carried out the main source of income, payment of dues is each member units should do their duty. Article 2 According to the “Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance on Relevant Issues concerning Adjusting the Fees Policy for Social Groups,” referring to the practices of relevant community organizations both at home and abroad and in light of the specific conditions of the survey and design industry and associations in Shaanxi Province, the “Investigation and Design of Jilin Province Association dues payment management approach ”(hereinafter referred to as the approach).
