海特旅馆是一座“五星”级旅馆,有365间客房,还设有匈牙利航空公司的售票厅、旅游局和其它机关的办公室。布达佩斯市由布达和佩斯两部分组成,中间隔着多瑙河。海特旅馆就坐落在佩斯沿河的罗斯威尔特广场边上,基地上原有的建筑物在二次大战中遭到破坏,但广场的另一边还保存着一些重要建筑物。海特旅馆平面为矩形,正门面向广场,另两边临街;地上10层,地下2层。总建筑面积4万平方米,总建筑体积15万立方米。客房沿着面向广场的一个短边和临街的两个长边布置,单面走廊。大部分客房有面对广场、面对多瑙河并可远眺佩斯的古老城堡的开阔视野。大厦的中心部位是一个有顶盖的内院大厅,占有了从一层到最顶层的高大空间。旅客从大门进入内院大厅。这里布置了喷泉、绿树
The Hight Hotel is a “five-star” hotel with 365 rooms. It also has a Hungarian airline ticket office, tourism office and other offices. The city of Buda is composed of Buda and Pest, separated by the Danube River. The Hytte Inn is located on the edge of Rosevelt Square along the Perth River. The original buildings on the site were destroyed during the Second World War, but there are still some important buildings on the other side of the square. The Hite Hotel is rectangular in shape with the main entrance facing the square and the other two on the street; 10 floors above the ground and 2 floors below. The total construction area is 40,000 square meters and the total building volume is 150,000 cubic meters. Rooms are located along a short side facing the square and two long sides facing the street, one-sided corridor. Most of the rooms have an open view of the old castle facing the square, facing the Danube and overlooking Pest. The center of the building is a covered inner courtyard hall that occupies a high space from the first floor to the top floor. Passengers enter the inner court hall from the front door.
