采用实验法,探析了大学女生体育课的负荷强度。结果显示,适宜的运动负荷应结合学生的体能及教材内容来确定,不应笼统地把心率150次/min定为体育课的适宜负荷强度。
Using experimental method, the paper analyzes the load intensity of college girls physical education. The results show that the appropriate exercise load should be determined according to the students’ physical fitness and teaching materials. The heart rate 150 times / min should not be generally regarded as the appropriate load strength of PE class.
