[目的]探讨腺苷三磷酸氯化镁的抗癌作用.[方法]在培养的人胃腺癌细胞的培养液中,加入 腺苷三磷酸氯化镁作用数天之后,用电子显微镜观察癌细胞超微结构的变化.[结果]仅使用培养液时, 人胃腺癌细胞无变化;在腺苷三磷酸作用下,癌细胞的微绒毛变短,数目减少或消失,细胞表面光滑,附 着力增加,核仁逐渐规则化,出现纤维和颗粒状组成的中心和环状表型;在腺苷三磷酸氯化镁作用下,癌 细胞的微绒毛变得极短,数目显著减少或消失,癌细胞表面变得光滑,核仁逐渐规则化,微管增多,从中 央向边缘延伸,微丝束增加,纵横交织布满细胞内[结论]腺苷三磷酸氯化镁具有抗癌作用
