经颈静脉肝内门腔分流术(TransjugularIntrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt,TIPSS)是近几年开展的用于治疗肝硬变门脉高压症的介入放射学新方法,我国也有少数报道,我们采用此项技术治疗了5例肝硬变门脉高压反复发生消化道大出血的患者,现将初步结果报告如下。
