本文总结了５６例肺不张患者的纤维支气管镜检查结果，主要病变依次为肺癌、炎症、肺结核。纤支镜对肺癌所致肺不张的诊断率为９０．６２％。本文就肺不张的病因、病变部位及肺不张的镜下特点进行分析并探讨纤支镜对肺不张的诊断价值。
This article summarizes the results of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in 56 patients with atelectasis, with the main pathological changes being lung cancer, inflammation and tuberculosis. Bronchoscopy on lung cancer caused by atelectasis diagnosis rate was 90.62%. In this paper, the causes of atelectasis, lesions and atrophy of the microscopic features of the analysis and explore the diagnostic value of bronchoscopy atelectasis.
