随着市场经济的发展,安全生产越来越受到重视,安全生产法治观念正逐步形成。改革开放以来,我国安全生产法制建设在以下几个方面取得了可喜进步。一、从人治观念转变到法治观念改革开放前,我国的安全生产法制建设已经取得了一些成就,制定颁布了一批法律法规,构建了相应的制度。
