律师行业自治是现代法治国家律师管理体制的普遍选择。我国的律师管理体制存在不少问题,对此应进行改革,建立司法行政机关宏观管理下的律师行业自治。
Lawyer profession autonomy is the universal choice of lawyer management system in modern law-abiding countries. There are many problems in our country’s lawyer management system. We should reform it and establish the lawyer’s profession autonomy under the macro-control of judicial administrative organs.
