Organ transplantation is an effective method for clinical treatment of late organ failure. However, how to suppress rejection is the key. Therefore, finding new anti-rejection drugs and measures is one of the urgent issues to be solved. Hyperbaric oxygen and Tripterygium wilfordii have been shown to inhibit cellular immune function and prolong the survival of transplanted skin. For this purpose, hyperbaric o was used in this experiment.
