目的:通过测定贵州钩藤中总生物碱含量,对贵州钩藤的质量进行调查分析,为今后提升中药钩藤质量标准提供实验依据。方法:在p H为3.4的醋酸—醋酸钠缓冲溶液条件下采用溴甲酚氯酸性染料比色法进行测定。结果:钩藤中的总生物碱得到准确测定。结论:贵州钩藤中的总生物碱含量参差不齐,最高含量与最低含量可相差十余倍,为保证临床用药质量,有必要进一步研究钩藤种植的相关技术和质量标准。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the total alkaloids content of Uncaria rhynchophylla in Guizhou and to investigate the quality of Uncaria macrophylla in Guizhou, and to provide experimental basis for improving the quality standard of Uncaria macrophylla in the future. METHODS: Bromocresol chloride acid dye colorimetry was used to determine the pH of 3.4 in acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution. Results: The total alkaloids in Uncaria rhynchophylla was accurately determined. Conclusion: The content of total alkaloids in Uncaria rhynchophylla is uneven, the difference between the highest content and the lowest content can be more than ten times. In order to ensure the quality of clinical application, it is necessary to further study the related techniques and quality standards of Uncaria.
