2014年7月23日国务院颁布的《企业信息公示暂行条例》,为我国企业信息公示及信用体系建设奠定了重要的法律基础。企业对企业信息公示制度的认知和执行情况决定着《条例》的实施效果,《条例》颁布后,我国企业在这方面的实际状况如何,中国行为法学会公司治理研究会以及中共中央党校政法部的相关专家对此进行了实证调查。
July 23, 2014 The State Council promulgated the “Provisional Regulations on the Disclosure of Enterprise Information,” which laid an important legal foundation for the construction of China’s enterprise information disclosure and credit system. The cognition and implementation of the enterprise information publicity system determine the effect of the implementation of the “Regulations”. After the promulgation of the “Regulations”, what is the actual status of Chinese enterprises in this regard, the Corporate Governance Research Society of China Institute of Behavioral Law and the political and legal systems of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee Department of relevant experts conducted an empirical investigation.
