预应力管桩因其具有制作标准、承载力高、运输方便、施工快速等优点在房地产基础、路基工程中广泛应用,但作为中小桥梁下部结构在江苏省尚未广泛使用。本文通过连云港地区2个公路桥梁试验工点预应力管桩试桩工程展开单桩承载力时效性研究,同时开展孔隙水压力的监控和静力触探试验,得出:预应力管桩采用锤击法沉桩,经过28天休止期后单桩极限承载力与初始单桩极限承载力相比,平均可以提升80%~90%;孔隙水压力在沉桩过程中有明显上升趋势,但整体提升幅度不大;沉桩对砂土层影响较大,但整体上没有明显的挤土效应。预应力管桩可供类似工程条件下推广使用。
Prestressed pipe pile because of its production standards, high carrying capacity, easy transportation, construction and rapid advantages in real estate, roadbed engineering is widely used, but as a small bridge structure in Jiangsu Province has not yet been widely used. In this paper, the timeliness of single-pile bearing capacity test of two prestressed concrete pipe pile test sites in two pilot sites of highway bridges in Lianyungang area is studied. Meanwhile, the monitoring of pore water pressure and the static penetration test are carried out. The results show that: After the 28-day rest period, the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile can be increased by 80% -90% on average compared with the initial bearing capacity of single pile. The pore water pressure has a clear upward trend during pile sinking, The improvement of sand pile is more significant than that of pile driving, but there is no obvious crowding-out effect on the whole. Prestressed pipe pile for similar projects to promote the use of conditions.
