桩基础是沿海软土地区基础处理的一种主要技术,目前杭州市区每年打桩在8万根以上。但是桩基必须进行试桩,以检验设计取值。按照传统的静压试桩方法,工作繁重,周期长,费用高,远不能适应迅速发展的形势。因此如何用快速简便而有效的测试方法来取代静荷载试验,已成为我省当前建筑工程上急需解决的问题之一近年来国内外不少地区正在应用快速动力试桩方法并逐渐地取代静荷载试验,如:“锤击动测法”,“稳态扫频激振法”,“水电效应法”,“动刚度法”等等。省建筑科学研究所从1980年开始对不同类型地层,不同施工方法的各类单桩进行动力试桩研究,现简介如下:
Pile foundation is a major technology for the basic treatment of coastal soft soil areas. At present, Hangzhou is piled in more than 80,000 per year. However, the pile foundation must be tested to verify the design value. According to the traditional static pressure test pile method, the work is tedious, the cycle is long, the cost is high, and it is far from adapting to the rapid development. Therefore, how to replace the static load test with a quick, simple, and effective test method has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the current construction project in our province. In recent years, rapid power test methods have been applied in many areas at home and abroad and gradually replace the static load. Tests, such as: hammering test method, steady-state sweep frequency excitation method, hydropower effect method, dynamic stiffness method, etc. The provincial Institute of Building Science has been conducting dynamic trial piles research on different types of strata and different construction methods for various types of piles since 1980.
