根据青年馆员的个性特征,提出了青年馆员在成长过程中需要三大激励:精神激励,机制激励和自我激励。
According to the characteristics of young librarians, we propose that youth librarians need three motivations in their growth: spiritual motivation, mechanism motivation and self-motivation.
