在中国的支柱型产业当中,汽车产业占有非常重要的地位。汽车在带给人们出行便捷的同时,也带来许多不容忽视的社会问题。近年来,尾气排放已成为大气污染的重要来源。2013年9月,国务院发布了《大气污染防治行动计划》,明确指出应推进机动车污染防治。废旧汽车作为汽车污染的重要来源,其报废与回收应引起社会的普遍重视。本文结合我国报废汽车回收现状,参考发达国家报废汽车的先进经验,讨论我国报废汽车回收的现状及其所存在的问题,旨在为报废汽车的回收利用提出发展性的建议。
Among China’s pillar industries, the automobile industry occupies a very important position. Vehicles bring convenience to people and bring about many social problems that can not be ignored. In recent years, exhaust emissions have become an important source of air pollution. In September 2013, the State Council issued the Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, clearly stating that pollution prevention and control of motor vehicles should be promoted. As an important source of automobile pollution, scrapped and recycled scrap cars should attract universal attention. In this paper, the status quo of China’s recycling of scrapped vehicles and the advanced experience of scrapped vehicles in developed countries are discussed to discuss the current situation of scrapped vehicles in China and its existing problems. The purpose is to make some suggestions for the recycling of scrapped vehicles.
