属性不同。社会保险是国家根据《宪法》规定,为保护和增进职工身体健康,保障职工在丧失劳动能力和失业时基本生活的一种社会保障制度。它是国家的基本社会政策和劳动政策,是通过国家或地方立法强制执行的。商业保险是国家经济活动的一个方面,是保险公司运用经济手段进行的经营活动,是保险者与被保险者双方按照自愿原则通过签订契约实现的。
Different attributes. Social insurance is a kind of social security system that the state provides for the protection and promotion of the health of workers and staff according to the provisions of the Constitution and guaranteeing the basic livelihood of employees when they lose their ability to work and lose their jobs. It is the country’s basic social and labor policy and is enforced through national or local legislation. Commercial insurance is one aspect of a country’s economic activities and is an operation carried out by an insurance company by means of economic means. It is achieved through the signing of contracts by insurers and insured persons on a voluntary basis.
