1992年全国法理学研讨会于4月27日到30日在武汉大学召开,会议的主题是“人权与法制”。这次会议是在全党和全国人民正在深入学习贯彻邓小平同志南巡重要讲话和中央政治局全体会议精神的新形势下召开的。与会学者一百余人就如何进一步解放思想、繁荣法学研究,特别是人权理论研究交换了各自的看法。现将其中主要观点综述如下。一、关于法学研究的指导思想
The National Jurisprudence Seminar in 1992 was held at Wuhan University from April 27 to April 30, with the theme of “Human Rights and Legal System.” This meeting was held under the new situation in which all the party members and people across the country are studying and implementing Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s important speech in the south tour and the plenary meeting of the Central Political Bureau.
