在英语教学中,如何作好差生转化的问题,也是每个英语老师永远探索不尽的问题。我认为爱心是转化的关键,恒心是转化成功的保证。面对后进生,首先应在情感上接纳他们、用爱的精神去感化他们。对后进生思想上不歧视,情感上不厌恶,并给予深厚的爱。爱是老师转化后进生的基础,是打开后进生的一把钥匙。只要老师动之以情、小之以理,转化后进生的效果是非常显著的。
In English teaching, how to make the poor students transform, but also every English teacher will never explore the endless problems. I think love is the key to transformation, perseverance is the guarantee of success.
