踩着改革开放的激越鼓点,传呼基层官兵新的心声。解放军报头版的《集思广益》小言论专栏,在努力求新的实践中度过了她十岁华诞。十年来,这个议论风生的“群言堂”,采用了军内外作者1160多篇来稿,成为我国报纸微型新闻评论园地一朵虽不起眼却也清新幽香的小花。最近,它又被评为第二届中央主要新闻单位名专栏。 编辑《集思广益》这一栏目的解放军报评论部是一个富有战斗力的评论创作集体。原主任苏建军是总部机关的“笔杆子”,主持军报评论部工作以后,凭着苦钻和勤奋很快进入“角色”,成为政论行家。副主任刘格文曾是当年以新闻言论和杂文写作蜚声文坛的“杨柳榭”的成员,他的一些言论作品曾在军内外产生过较大影响。他积极协助部主任谋划言论工作,亲自写作编辑重点言论,出手的言论具有思想深邃、论证
