胜利油田历经44年开发建设,离退休人员在职工中所占的比重逐年加大,老年管理工作面临诸多难题,本文就这些问题进行了细致的分析,并对相应的解决办法进行了探究。
After 44 years of development and construction in Shengli Oilfield, the proportion of retirees in the workforce has been increasing year by year. The management of the elderly is facing many problems. This paper analyzes these problems in detail and explores the corresponding solutions.
