采用VRH-CO2法硬化水玻璃砂,在一定真空度和CO2吹气压力条件下,研究了水玻璃加入量对试样抗拉强度的影响规律,并用扫描电镜观察了试样断口形貌及砂粒表面水玻璃膜的特征。研究结果表明,在0.056 MPa的真空度及0.04 MPa的CO2气体压力下,水玻璃砂抗拉强度随水玻璃加入量的增加而增大,随着保压时间的延长,抗拉强度略有降低。试样失效形式为脆性断裂。
The influence of sodium silicate dosage on the tensile strength of the sample was studied under the conditions of a certain degree of vacuum and CO2 insufflation pressure by using VRH-CO2 method to harden sodium silicate sand. The fracture morphology and grit of the sample were observed by scanning electron microscope Surface water glass film characteristics. The results show that the tensile strength of sodium silicate sand increases with the addition of sodium silicate at a vacuum of 0.056 MPa and CO2 gas pressure of 0.04 MPa. Tensile strength decreases slightly with the dwell time . Failure of the sample form brittle fracture.
