1.问卷调查法问卷调查法分家长卷和学生卷,每周各一次。家长卷的内容包括家庭成员间关系、子女心理状况、身体状况和学习情绪。这四项按“差、一般、好”标准由家长填写。学生卷的内容包括人际关系、学业情况、身体健康状况、心理健康状况,按“优、良、中、差”,由学生本人填写
1. Questionnaire Survey Questionnaires are divided into parent volumes and student volumes, once a week. The contents of the parental volume include relationships among family members, children’s psychological conditions, physical conditions and learning emotions. These four items are filled in by the parents according to the criteria of “bad, fair, good”. The content of the student volume includes interpersonal relations, academic status, physical health, and mental health status. According to “excellent, good, medium, and poor”, the student should fill in the content.
