一九八0年五月二十四日至二十六日,在武汉召开了交通部水运环境保护科技情报网组建会议。 会议由交通部科技情报所主持,部属水运系统有关的科研、设计、院校、船检、港、航、厂等五十八个单位,七十一名代表,以及长江水源保护局、湖北省环保研究所、武汉市环保情报网、武汉航海学会等单位,参加了会议。
From May 24 to August 26, 1980, a meeting was organized in Wuhan on the establishment of a Scientific and Technological Information Network for Environmental Protection of Water Transport by the Ministry of Communications. The meeting was presided over by the Scientific and Technical Information Office of the Ministry of Communications and was subordinated to 58 units, 71 delegates of scientific research, design, institutions, ship inspection, institutions, ship seizures, ports, airlines and factories, and the Yangtze River Water Resources Protection Bureau, Hubei Province Environmental Protection Institute, Wuhan Environmental Protection Information Network, Wuhan Institute of Navigation and other units attended the meeting.
