目的了解和分析浙江省各个地区的医疗资源分布状况,为进一步合理配置卫生资源提供依据。方法采用基于智能聚类理论的两步聚类分析法,通过计算和比较对数似然距离(log-likeli-hood distances)对浙江省11个地区的医疗资源分布状况进行归类。结果按照AIC值、BIC值、类间距离最大等最优聚类判别原则,将我省11个地区聚类成4个不同医疗资源分布状况的类别:杭州和宁波为第1类;舟山、金华和丽水为第2类;湖州和衢州为第3类;温州、嘉兴、绍兴和台州等归为第4类。结论浙江省医疗资源的地区分布不够均衡,各地应有针对性地合理分配资源,完善医疗资源配置结构。
Objective To understand and analyze the distribution of medical resources in various regions of Zhejiang Province and provide the basis for further rational allocation of health resources. Methods Two-step clustering analysis based on intelligent clustering theory was used to classify the distribution of medical resources in 11 districts of Zhejiang Province by calculating and comparing log-likeli-hood distances. Results According to the principle of optimal clustering, such as AIC value, BIC value and the maximum distance between clusters, the 11 regions in Liaoning Province were clustered into 4 categories with different distribution of medical resources: Hangzhou and Ningbo were category 1; Zhoushan and Jinhua And Lishui are Type 2; Huzhou and Quzhou are Type 3; Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing and Taizhou are classified as Category 4. Conclusion The distribution of medical resources in Zhejiang Province is not balanced. All localities should rationally allocate resources and improve the allocation of medical resources.
