随着经济的发展,工作的形式、种类、内容较之以往都发生了巨大的变化,日益加重的工作使员工承受着越来越多的工作压力。过度的工作压力会给个人、组织带来严重的后果,采用适当的压力调适方法缓解员工压力对于企业可持续发展意义重大。因此,重视员工压力管理己成为企业人力资源管理的一个重要方面。
With the development of economy, the form, type and content of work have undergone tremendous changes compared with the past. Increasing work pressure makes employees suffer more and more work pressure. Excessive work pressure will bring serious consequences to individuals and organizations. Using appropriate stress adjustment methods to ease employee pressure is of great significance to the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, emphasis on employee stress management has become an important aspect of human resource management in enterprises.
