我国内蒙古合同察汗淖 (碱 )湖浅层沉积物剖面中检出长链不饱和脂肪酮 .根据剖面中普遍存在的长链不饱和酮的组成和分布与以往文献报道的海洋沉积物中的具有相似性 ,推测其原始生物亦可能是金藻源 .研究发现 ,Uk′37指数与自生钙、镁碳酸盐矿物的δ18O(‰ )值具有良好的对比性 ,从而说明长链不饱和酮指数Uk′37对气候的指示作用也适用于碱性较强的高盐度湖泊环境
Long-chain unsaturated aliphatic ketones were detected in shallow sediment profiles of Chahanu (alkali) lake in Inner Mongolia of China.According to the composition and distribution of the long-chain unsaturated ketones that are ubiquitous in the profiles, It is speculated that the original organism may also be the source of Chrysophyceae.It is found that the Uk’37 index is in good contrast with the δ18O (‰) value of the calcareous and magnesium carbonate minerals, indicating that the long chain unsaturated ketone index Uk The “37” indicator of the climate also applies to highly alkaline, high salinity lake environments
