在开展先进性教育活动中,海南省电信有限公司党组坚持从五个方面抓好整改工作:一是把整改的出发点放在解决群众最关心的重点问题上,坚持“群众利益无小事”、“不因小事而不为”,先后解决了一些涉及员工切身利益的问题。二是坚持把整改的根本点放在解决企业发展的主要问题上。
In carrying out the advanced nature education campaign, the party group of Hainan Telecom Co., Ltd. persisted in grasping the rectification work from five aspects. First, the starting point for the rectification was to solve the key issues the masses are most concerned about. The principle of “no small interest of the masses” and “ Not because of small things but not ”, has solved some problems involving the immediate interests of employees. The second is to insist on the fundamental point of rectification and reform on the major issues for the development of enterprises.
