原发性高血压(EH)的发病率在世界范围内正逐年升高,动脉粥样硬化引起的肾损害日益受到重视。EH并发肾损害的发生率为42%,仅次于心脏并发症,大约10%的高血压患者死于肾功能衰竭[1]。因此,高血压早期肾功能损害的诊断和治疗是改善肾内血流动力学、延缓肾损害的关键。EH患者尿中出现蛋白常示并发肾脏受损。而监测尿微量白蛋白(mALB)对发现高血压的早期肾损害有重要的临床意义[2]。笔者对85例原发性高血压患者采用放射免疫法进行mALB检测,并与血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)进行对照分析,以证实该法对发现早期肾损害的诊断价值。
The incidence of essential hypertension (EH) in the world is increasing year by year, atherosclerotic kidney damage caused by more and more attention. The incidence of EH complicated with renal damage is 42%, second only to cardiac complications and about 10% of hypertensive patients die of renal failure [1]. Therefore, the diagnosis and treatment of early renal damage in hypertension is to improve renal hemodynamics, delay the key to renal damage. EH patients often appear in the urine protein associated with renal damage. The monitoring of urine microalbumin (mALB) on the discovery of early renal damage in hypertension has important clinical significance [2]. The author of 85 patients with essential hypertension by radioimmunoassay mALB test, and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) were analyzed to confirm the method of detecting early diagnosis of renal damage.
