随着社会的进步,人民生活的不断改善,人类的寿命在三十年内有了明显的增长。老年人相继增多,对老年病防治的要求日益迫切,尽管老年医学正在得到应有的重视,然而,老年病确有许多不同于年轻人病的特点。这些都需要从事临床工作的医生,尽快去熟悉,掌握老年病的特点,处理老年病的经验。
With the progress of the society and the continuous improvement of the people’s life, the life expectancy of mankind has been significantly increased within 30 years. The number of elderly people has increased and the demand for prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases has become increasingly urgent. Although geriatrics is receiving the attention it deserves, there are many characteristics of geriatrics that are different from those of young people. All of these require doctors who are engaged in clinical work to become acquainted as soon as possible with the characteristics of geriatric diseases and their experiences in dealing with geriatric diseases.
