自七十年代以来,国内外突变育种迅速发展,取得了显著成就.据国际原子能机构(IAEA)1985年统计,目前世界上利用诱发突变育成了88种植物的突变品种约700个.我国植物突变育种,表现在数量、水平、经济效应上都进入了世界先进行列,培育出19种植物的突变品种194个,约占该领域世界育成品种的30％。近年来突变育种技术的发展,表现在处理材料上由种子扩大到活体植株、雌雄配子、花粉、合子、离体培养的细胞。随着植物组织
