目的探讨重度子痫前期对33~36+6周早产儿的影响。方法将重度子痫前期产妇及正常产妇所生单胎活产早产儿分为33~33+6周、34~34+6周、35~35+6周、36~36+6周四个胎龄组,重度子痫前期组为观察组,同胎龄正常产妇组为对照组,对其发生窒息、小于胎龄儿、肺透明膜病、缺氧缺血性脑病情况进行汇总,对同一胎龄组的两组患儿同一疾病发病情况进行卡方检验。结果小于胎龄儿发生率每个观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05。肺透明膜病33~33+6周时两组发生率均高,P>0.05;34~34+6周、35~35+6周时观察组发生率高于对照组,P<0.05;对照组35周后、观察组36周后未见此病发生。各组窒息、缺氧缺血性脑病发生率比较均P>0.05。结论重度子痫前期影响早产儿体重增长。正常产妇组35周胎肺已成熟,重度子痫前期组36周时成熟,肺发育成熟延迟1周。因此重度子痫前期孕妇36周前有早产倾向者应促胎肺成熟治疗。应重视其胎儿生长受限的治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of severe preeclampsia on preterm infants aged 33-36 + 6 weeks. The incidence of hyaline membrane disease 33 ~ 33 + 6 weeks both groups were high incidence, P> 0.05; 34 ~ 34 + 6 weeks, 35 ~ 35 + 6 weeks the observation group incidence was higher than the control group, P <0.05; After 35 weeks, no disease occurred in observation group after 36 weeks. The incidence of asphyxia and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in each group were all P> 0.05. Conclusion Severe preeclampsia affects the weight gain in preterm infants. The normal fetus group 35 weeks of fetal lung maturity, severe preeclampsia group 36 weeks mature, lung development and maturation delayed 1 week. Therefore, severe preeclampsia pregnant women 36 weeks before the tendency of premature delivery should promote fetal lung maturation therapy. Should pay attention to the treatment of fetal growth restriction.
