目的探讨卵巢畸胎瘤的CT表现,提高本病的CT诊断及鉴别诊断水平。方法搜集经手术病理证实的28例卵巢畸胎瘤,对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果28例卵巢畸胎瘤中成熟性畸胎瘤25例,未成熟性畸胎瘤3例。25例为囊性,2例为囊实性,1例为实性,后者均为未成熟性。25例畸胎瘤含脂肪密度成分,19例见向囊内突起的壁结节,19例瘤内见钙化或牙齿,19例瘤内见毛发。术前CT诊断敏感度及准确度分别为100%和90%。结论卵巢畸胎瘤绝大多数有典型CT表现特征,少数不含脂肪的未成熟性畸胎瘤定性有一定困难。
Objective To investigate the CT findings of ovarian teratoma and to improve the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease. Methods 28 cases of ovarian teratoma confirmed by pathology were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Twenty-eight cases of mature teratoma in ovarian teratoma were found in 25 cases and 3 cases of immature teratoma. 25 cases were cystic, 2 cases cystic solid, 1 case solid, the latter are immature. 25 cases of teratoma with fat density composition, 19 cases to the cystic wall protruding nodules, 19 cases of calcification or teeth in the tumor, 19 cases of tumor see the hair. The sensitivity and accuracy of preoperative CT diagnosis were 100% and 90% respectively. Conclusion Most of ovarian teratomas have typical CT features. A few non-adipose immature teratomas have certain qualitative problems.
