随着农村产业结构的调整,农业经济开始向专业化、商品化、现代化转变,这种形势迫切要求农村金融工作不但从资金上给予支持,而且还要求从信息上、技术上给农村商品生产和流通予以支持。这便需要广大农村金融干部的智能水平有一个较大的提高,以适应农村经济改革后的新形势,本文就如何提高农村金融干部队伍素质问题,谈些粗浅的看法:
