近日,我们采访了坐落在沈阳市的中国医科大学附属第一医院。这是一所至今已有近90年历史,曾经为我国卫生事业发展作出许多贡献的大型医院。1994年,国家卫生部批复了辽宁省卫生厅的请示报告,同意并支持中国医科大学附属第一医院作为全国创建“三级特等医院”的唯一试点单位。这无疑将这家颇有名气的大医院推向了医疗改革的前沿。三级特等医院是我国最高等级的医院,它要求医院具有较高医疗学术水平,其总体水平应居国内领先行列,部分专业则体现国际当代医学发展水平。
Recently, we interviewed the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, located in Shenyang City. This is a large-scale hospital that has had nearly 90 years of history and has made many contributions to the development of China’s health industry. In 1994, the Ministry of Health approved the report of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Health and agreed to support the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University as the only pilot unit for the establishment of a “three-level special hospital” nationwide. This undoubtedly pushed this well-known large hospital to the frontier of medical reform. The tertiary-level special hospital is the highest grade hospital in China. It requires the hospital to have a higher medical academic level, and its overall level should rank among the leading domestic companies. Some of the majors reflect the level of international contemporary medical development.
