高效预应力混凝土技术经过几十年的发展,现正被广泛应用于土木建筑工程之中,但作为高效预应力混凝土技术的重要组成部分——无粘结预应力混凝土技术在高层及趋高层建筑结构中应用的时间较短,国内外有关高层及超高层无粘结预应力混凝上结构的设计和施工方法还不完善。本文以健力宝大厦为例,建立并研究了无粘结预应力混凝土扁梁框架—剪力墙结构体系,对设计和施工中存在的问题及其解决方法作了有益的探讨,为今后进一步推广无粘结预应力混凝土技术在高层及超高层建筑结构中的应用提供了参考。
After decades of development, high-performance prestressed concrete technology is now being widely used in civil engineering projects, but as an important part of high-performance prestressed concrete technology - unbonded prestressed concrete technology in high-rise and high-rise buildings The time of application in the structure is short, and the design and construction methods for unbonded pre-stressed coagulation structures at high and high levels at home and abroad are not perfect. In this paper, Jianlibao Building was taken as an example to establish and study the unbonded prestressed concrete flat beam frame-shear wall structure system. The problems in design and construction and their solutions were discussed in a useful way for further promotion in the future. The application of bonded prestressed concrete technology in high-rise and high-rise building structures provides a reference.
