对于烟草商业企业来说,没有构建自己的核心竞争力,随时都有失败的可能。那么,烟草商业企业究竟应该形成什么样的核心竞争力呢?笔者认为,“创造满意的顾客”就是烟草商业企业保持竞争优势的核心所在。“创造满意的顾客”作为企业的核心竞争力,应从它的内涵去理解,只有正确理解其内涵,才能使这一核心竞争力形成企业的发展战略。“创造满意的顾客”有两个层次的内涵:第一层次:“创造顾客”是企业生存的基础。它是核心竞争力的基本内涵。
For tobacco commercial enterprises, there is no possibility of building their own core competitiveness at any time. So, what kind of core competitiveness should be formed by tobacco commercial enterprises? In my opinion, “creating satisfied customers ” is the core of tobacco commercial enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage. “Create a satisfied customer ” as the core competitiveness of enterprises should be understood from its content, and only correctly understand its meaning, in order to make this core competitiveness of the enterprise development strategy. “Create satisfied customers ” There are two levels of connotation: The first level: “Create customer ” is the basis for business survival.
