本文采用准稳态法对以R21为工质的开式系统喷雾冷却性能进行了实验研究。实验在一个大气压和室温条件下进行,并与去离子水的喷雾冷却性能进行了对比。实验结果表明;热流密度在2.87×10~5~7.99×10~5 W/m~2范围内,并且热流密度相同的工况下,工质为R21的热沉表面温度明显低于去离子水;喷雾流量在10.7~17.7 L/h范围内,热流密度和换热系数随着喷雾流量的增加而增大;喷雾高度在6~15 mm范围内,热流密度和换热系数随着喷雾高度的增加先增加后减小。
In this paper, the quasi-steady-state method was used to study the spray cooling performance of an open system with R21 as working fluid. Experiments were performed at one atmosphere and at room temperature and compared with the spray cooling performance of deionized water.
