本文应用声学定量（ＡＱ）技术测量２６例尿毒症患者血透前后的右室面积及其变化率，以评价一次血透对患者右心收缩及舒张功能的影响。结果表明血透前与血透后１５小时内的右心收缩及舒张功能的差别无显著性，提示一次血透并不能即刻改善患者的右心收缩及舒张功能。
In this paper, acoustic quantitative (AQ) technique was used to measure the right ventricular area and its rate of change in 26 patients with uremia before and after hemodialysis to evaluate the effect of once hemodialysis on right ventricular systolic and diastolic function. The results showed that there was no significant difference in right ventricular systolic and diastolic function before hemodialysis and within 15 hours after hemodialysis, suggesting that a hemodialysis did not immediately improve right ventricular systolic and diastolic function.
