法律与宗教的高融合性是伊斯兰的重要特征,《可兰经》和圣训不仅是宗教思想,也是一部完整的法律,它们对穆斯林的生产生活各方面予以法律规定。巴黎恐袭不能仅仅从经济的角度去理解,更要理解其背后深层次的宗教根因。本文从分析伊斯兰的起源出发,阐述巴黎恐袭发生的原因,并针对原因从法律和经济两个维度探寻解决恐袭问题,通过建立公开透明的国际贸易规则和公正公平的国际纠纷解决机制,让穆斯林世界真正分享世界经济发展的成果,不断融入世界,不断提升生活水平从而根除恐怖主义。相关解决方案对于国内和区域民族问题的解决也有借鉴意义。
The high integration of law and religion is an important feature of Islam. The Koran and Sunnah are not only religious thoughts but also complete laws that provide legal provisions in all aspects of Muslim life and production. The terrorist attacks in Paris can not be understood solely from an economic perspective. They must also understand the deep religious roots behind it. Based on the analysis of the origin of Islam, this article elaborates the causes of the terrorist attack in Paris, and probes into the solution to the terrorist attack from the legal and economic dimensions according to the reasons. By establishing an open and transparent international trade rules and a fair and equitable mechanism for resolving international disputes, The Muslim world truly shares the fruits of world economic development, continues to integrate into the world, and continuously improves its standard of living so as to eradicate terrorism. Relevant solutions can also serve as a reference for the solution of ethnic issues at home and in the region.
