我院自1982年以来分娩超巨大胎儿83例,报道如下。 一、临床资料 1.一般资料:我院从1982年1月至1998年12月分娩总数27540例,其中超巨大胎儿83例,占分娩总数的0.3％;新生儿体重≥5000克者6例,占分娩总数的0.02％,占超巨大胎儿总数的7.2％。83例超巨大胎儿孕母的年龄为21～42岁,平均25.3岁。初产妇71例,占85.5％;经产妇12例,占14.5％。足月妊娠67例,占
