导乐分娩又称陪伴分娩,是为了适应现代医学模式的发展,应广大孕产妇的要求,确保安全顺产,以产妇生理及心理为护理基础的一对一陪产方式。 1 目的和要求 1.1 目的:为改变传统的护理观念,变被动护理为主动护理,强化导乐人员的一对一服务意识,并通过产前保健、板报等科普宣教形式来引导产妇对产程的正确认识,以利于密切配合,顺利分娩。 1.2 环境:选择较优雅、光线较柔和的分娩室做导乐分娩室。室内放置一张待产床、一套沙发、鲜花、开水、一次性水杯及红糖等。 1.3 人选要求:①导乐人员须具有高度的责任心、同情心、爱心。②选择工作认真、技术娴熟、有丰富的产房工作经
