医生应当是社会上较高收入的阶层。要成为优秀的医生,成才前期的高投入、长周期,构成了医生执业的高成本;高科技、高责任、高奉献,构成了医生职业的高风险;高智商、高学历、高技术的投入与低经济收入的产出易使医生的心理受到扭曲。医疗侵权诉讼中的举证责任倒置,使医生成了事实上的弱者,其执业权益和执业环境受到了轻视。为了卫生事业的发展,要尊重医生的劳动,要为医生提供良好的生存环境。
