2005年来了,带着一连串的未知数。调控、重组、洗牌、崩盘、加息、招、拍、挂……还会挂在人们嘴边上吗?在对几十位业内人士的采访中,我们发现:■开发商关注更多的是房价■中介、顾问公司、专家关注更多的是整个房地产市场■物业公司关心的是越发引人瞩目的物业公司和业主的关系。虽然这只是些期待和预感,但却描绘了一条有坦途也有泥泞的路。虽然这些看法未必与现实相吻合,但能想在前面,也就会准备在前面。
