The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between the incisors of the edentulous jaw and the upper anterior teeth after normal tooth extraction. Method used: After the edentulous jaw patients were arranged in the full dentition, the distance between the incisors and mastoid was measured to the upper front teeth face and upper canine line. Results: ①The distance between the maxillary canines was significantly larger than that of the females, and there was a significant difference between them. ② The average length of the incisors of the incisors was 4.60 mm, close to that of the natural dentition. ③ The posterior margin of the incisors Canine connection and upper left incisor face spacing were 1.92mm and 8.15mm, significantly less than the natural dentition. There was no significant difference between genders. Conclusion: ① The incisors can still be used as an anatomical landmark to arrange the anterior teeth on the complete denture. ② The dentinal malulases are caused to move forward by about 1.0mm to the lips due to the loss of the dentition.
