饮用水质安全风险控制是饮用水质净化科学与技术研究的热点和发展趋势.饮用水的化学污染、生物污染及纳米物质污染表现出低剂量、复合性和难以控制等最基本特征,并在处理、输配与存储过程中产生水质健康风险,为构建饮用水末端风险控制技术系统提出直接的技术需求.本文以饮用水健康风险控制为基本理念,提出了面向用户末端的饮用水健康风险控制技术系统,并介绍了若干关键单元技术.开发了针对2008年北京奥运会需求的饮用水健康风险末端控制技术系统,并在北京奥运村及其中心区得到了成功应用.
Drinking water quality safety risk control is the hot and trend of research on science and technology of drinking water purification.Chemical pollution, biological pollution and nano-material pollution of drinking water show the most basic characteristics such as low dose, complexity and difficult to control, Processing, distribution and storage of water quality and health risks arising in the process, to establish direct technical requirements for drinking water end risk control technology system.This paper based on the concept of drinking water health risk control, put forward the end-user drinking water health risk control Technology system and introduced a number of key cell technologies.Development of a drinking water health risk end control technology system for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games has been successfully applied in Beijing Olympic Village and its central area.
