目的:观察针罐疗法配合TDP治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将70例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例用针刺、拔罐配合TDP治疗;对照组35例采用推拿按摩治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为85.7%。两组比较,总有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针罐配合TDP治疗急性腰扭伤见效快、疗程短,治愈率高,适合临床广泛应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with TDP in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods: Seventy patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and cupping combined with TDP. 35 cases in the control group were treated with massage massage. Results: The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 85.7% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate (P <0.05). The curative effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with TDP can treat acute lumbar sprain quickly, short course of treatment and high cure rate, which is suitable for clinical application.
