在新的形势下,幼儿教育如何改变单一的计划经济体制下的机制,主动适应和服务于社会主义市场经济,这是我们面临的一个新课题。一年来,我们一方面认真学习党的十四大重要文献和《中国教育改革和发展纲要》,不断深化幼教改革的认识,端正幼儿教育工作的指导思想;另一方面密切结合本区实际,依据幼教两个法规,加大幼教改革的力度,强化教育部门的主管意识。我们在农村幼儿园的办园体制、幼教队伍的建设、幼教经费的筹措等方面进行了积极的探索,推进了农村幼教事业的发展。
Under the new situation, how early childhood education can change the mechanism under a single planned economic system and take the initiative to adapt and serve the socialist market economy is a new issue we face. In the past year, on the one hand, we have conscientiously studied the important documents of the 14 major Party committees and the “Outline of Education Reform and Development in China”, deepened our understanding of the reform in early childhood education and rectified the guiding ideology of early childhood education. On the other hand, in close connection with the actual conditions in our region, Preschool education two laws and regulations, increase the intensity of early childhood education reform, strengthen the awareness of supervisors in the education sector. We have conducted active exploration in such aspects as the system of running a park in rural kindergartens, the construction of preschool teams and the financing of preschool education, and promoted the development of rural preschool education.
