我国高职院校目前绩效考核的评价内容主要为两部分,即工作基本情况(基本得分)和工作业绩(加分),基本情况分为承担授课任务、撰写论文、工作调研、完成交办任务、业务培训、工作指导和工作态度等;工作业绩主要是取得科研成果等情况。从总体上看高职院校的考核没有跳出国内基本的绩效考核框架,还是年终一次性“算账”。笔者在文中以包头轻工职业技术学院的绩效考核体系为例,研究了新时期高职院校绩效管理存在的不足并分析了其原因,希望能够帮助绩效管理在高职院校的发展和建设中最大限度的发挥其作用。
The current performance appraisal of higher vocational colleges in our country is mainly composed of two parts, that is, the basic situation of work (basic score) and the performance of work (extra points). The basic situation is divided into the following aspects: undertaking teaching tasks, writing essay, working research, Business training, work guidance and work attitude; work performance is mainly achieved scientific research and so on. Generally speaking, the examination of higher vocational colleges did not jump out of the basic performance appraisal framework in China, or the year-end one-time “budgeting”. In this paper, the author takes Baotou Light Industry Vocational and Technical College as an example to study the performance management system in the new era, and analyzes the reasons for it. I hope it can help the performance management in the development and construction of higher vocational colleges In the maximum extent to play its role.
